"ICC Women's Championship Points Table: Latest Standings Following India's Series Victory Against Ireland"

India swept the three-match series against Ireland, played entirely at Rajkot, in comprehensive manner to jump to second place in the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 points table.
The hosts won the first match by six wickets with 93 balls in hand. In the second, they posted 370-5, their highest ever total in the format, and won by 118 runs to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
They improved on even that in the third game. This time they amassed 435-5, a national ODI record across genders, and won by 304 runs, their highest of all time. The sweep resulted in India catapulting England (32) and secure second place on the points table with 37 points, behind only Australia (39).
However, the outcome of the series was inconsequential regarding a World Cup 2025 berth. As hosts, India had already qualified, while Ireland had already been eliminated from the race for direct qualification.

Who have qualified for the World Cup?
India, as mentioned above, have already booked a berth, along with Australia, England, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. One of New Zealand (21) and Bangladesh (19) will also make it based on the only remaining series – a three-match affair between the West Indies and Bangladesh at Basseterre. Bangladesh need three points from the three games (or two points but a colossal net run rate boost).
Whoever is eliminated will, along with the already eliminated Pakistan, West Indies, and Ireland, get another chance, at the 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier. There, the four sides will meet Scotland and Thailand. Two of these six teams will make it to the World Cup.
